The Pace Edwards Contractor Rig Rack Truck Bed Ladder Rack # 311-CR6008 is designed to slide into the T-Tracks found in explorer series rails so it would require a tonneau cover. It is also not a fit for your 2022 Ford F-350 though so the closest option to this would be the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Cantilever # TH43003XT-000EX.
This ladder rack has a 1,250lb capacity and comes with a cantilever to provide extra storage space above the cab of your truck. The towers can easily be adjusted along the railing to adjust to the loads you need to haul. The rails mount in the stake pockets of your bedrails so there is also the option to add on specific tonneau covers later on if you decide you do want one.
