Question:

Will these spacers work for 2002 f350 4x4 SRW 7.3 Powerstroke with a 4inch lift? Assuming I will be using the ride rite air bags for the front of the truck.

Expert Reply:

Yes, the Firestone Ride-Rite Lift Spacers, # F2371, will work with the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs, # F2223, on your 2002 Ford F-350 4x4 with the 4 inch lift. The spacers will install between the bottom of the air bag and the lower bracket.

I have attached the installation instructions for the lift spacers and the Ride-Rite kit for you to check out.

When installing the air bags, I recommend picking up a tubing cutter, # AL10530, as well. One of the most common issues with air bags are air leaks and most of the time they can be attributed to poor cuts in the tubing. A cut that is not square can create a leak where the tubing connects to the fitting on the air bag.

If you are interested in an onboard air compressor as well, I recommend the Firestone Level Command Compressor, # F2097. I have attached the installation instructions and an installation video we made on a 2005 Ford F-350 for you to check out.
