I have 2013 scion xB I need a tow hitch that will accept a 2 inch bike rack mount. Is this possible?

For lighter duty vehicles like your 2013 Scion xB there are only 1-1/4 inch hitches available like the Curt # C12490 as the larger 2 inch size is only available for heavier duty vehicles like trucks and SUVs. You may need a new bike rack that fits this hitch size like the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider part # HR200Z which is really stable and easy to load/unload.
