To replace the tabs on the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit item # BLU22QR you will need the Replacement Attachment Tab Assemblies item # BX62-3470. These are confirmed to fit your 2019 GMC Sierra 3500 and only work with Blue Ox base plates.
