Question:

I have a new 2022 ID4 Volkswagen I need trailer a 2500 lbs boat and trailer. Will a type II be heavy enough and do you sell that? thanks

There are only Class 3 hitches with a 2 inch receiver for your 2022 Volkswagen ID.4, and the one with the highest capacity is from Curt:

The # C47JR is rated for 3,000 lbs towing/300 lbs tongue weight, which is more than any other hitch, but please keep in mind you are limited to the lowest-rated component.
