It sounds like you're wanting to flat-tow your 2004 GMC Savana Van (2500/3500) and if that's the case we have everything you need for this starting with the base plate kit, I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # RM-3140-3 which uses direct connect arms or the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit part # 3140-1 which uses crossbar style arms. The direct connect style will work directly with the Roadmaster BlackHawk 2 All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar part # RM-422 or one like it but if you have the crossbar style you'll also need the Replacement Quick Disconnect Crossbar Assembly part # 910021-00.Then, you'll need wiring and for this I recommend the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles part # RM-152-98146-7.
