The Wheel Masters 4-Hose Inflation Kit # WM8001 is going to give you a nice sturdy position for your valve stem making it much easier to use a TPMS sensor. Typically if you have a rubber valve stem that isn't rated for 65psi and up you can't use certain sensors, like a flow-through style for example. The flow through is heavier and can be too heavy to sit on the valve stem and can damage it. With the tip of the stem on these extenders being held in place with a bracket you avoid this issue.
