What Threshold Height Will Work with the Econo Porch Trailer Steps

My camper is 31 inches from the bumper will this 4 steps will work ?

The Econo Porch Trailer Steps part # EHS-103-R-HR has a total step height of 27-1/2" which is measured from the ground to the top of the uppermost step. The total step height does not need to equal the threshold height of the camper but preferably close or slightly less. The difference between the two would be the rise/drop to the first step.
I'm not sure why you're referencing the bumper but if you can explain this for me I'd be glad to try and clarify.
