I have a 2016 Northwood Nash travel trailer. I need an exterior LED surface Mount 45° 12v light with switch to replace the forward hitch light that is about 10” long What do you have that is suitable but has to have a switch.

The closest we have to what you are seeking is a porch light that meets all your needs but is not 10 inches long, it is 6 inches long. Otherwise, it is indeed a surface mounted LED 12 volt light with a switch, and comes in either Black or White:
