I have a 22 Ridgeline for work with a Revolverx2 cover currently, but I need a ladder rack for kayaks. Is there anything that works together?

To carry kayaks with the BAK Revolver X2 # BAK39602 installed on your 2022 Honda Ridgeline you'll actually need to install a roof rack as there aren't any ladder racks that fit your vehicle.
For raised rails you can use the Malone AirFlow2 # MPG216 but if you have a naked roof then I recommend checking out the Rhino-Rack Vortex crossbars:

Fit Kit - # DK470
Then if you're looking for a kayak carrier I recommend the etrailer Kayak Roof Rack w/ Tie-Downs # e98878 which is a heavy-duty carrier that comes with everything needed to secure your kayak to your Ridgeline.
