I have a Kia Sportage with a flush mounted rail system and Im looking for a Cross Bar system to fit. Any suggestions ?

The roof rack I recommend for the flush mount rails on your 2023 Kia Sportage is the Thule WingBar Evo because it uses aerodynamic crossbars that are easy to install, look great, and use a dual rubber strip in the T-Slot so it's easier to install accessories that use that mounting application. Here are the parts you need:
47" WingBar Evo Crossbars - # TH711220
Evo Flush Rail Feet - # TH710601
Fit Kit - # TH186013
Lock Core Kit - # TH450400 (optional)
