I have a Kia Sportage with a flush mounted rail system and Im looking for a Cross Bar system to fit. Any suggestions ?

The roof rack I recommend for the flush mount rails on your 2023 Kia Sportage is the Thule WingBar Evo because it uses aerodynamic crossbars that are easy to install, look great, and use a dual rubber strip in the T-Slot so it's easier to install accessories that use that mounting application.
