Can I use this a Warn winch plate and does the skid plate still fit? 2022 gledator

You will need to cut a slot in the skid plate of your 2022 Jeep Gladiator for the Roadmaster base plate kit part # RM77VR to fit. This is covered in the attached instructions link. I looked up the Warn winch plate that fits your vehicle and based on how it installs it wouldn't interfere either.
