I recommend using the Yakima OverHaul Ladder Rack # Y01151-5855 with the RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTT-80485 on your 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. This tonneau cover has built in T-slots on the rails mounting to your bed rails. This will allow you to easily slide in the OverHaul ladder rack while also allowing you to slide the towers forwards or back for irregular size loads. Best of all the entire system requires no drilling for the installation so you can easily install it and remove everything when needed.
