Question:
I have the P3 controller installed on my 2010 F150 for over a year . Today I went to use the trailer and turned on the controller and the display showed internal error no brakes. Is my controller toast?

If your P3 brake controller # 90195 is displaying Internal Error then that indicates a problem inside the controller and it will need to be replaced. Basically, something inside the controller burned out, at least partially, and there are no user-serviceable parts inside. So the good news is this has a limited lifetime warranty so I'd check with who you bought the controller from.
