I have a 2013 Kia Soul with a flat bare roof with a sunroof. Im looking for weight bearing roof rack and crossbars to enable me to carry cargo. Thank you.

For your 2013 Kia Soul with a naked roof I recommend checking out the:
-Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA126B-2, with the Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRRLKVA, and the Custom DK Fit Kit for 4 Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack Legs # DK237.
These bars measure 49" long x 3-1/8" wide x 1-3/16" tall, and have a maximum weight capacity of 165-lbs.
Since you're interested in a carrying cargo on your roof, I recommend checking out the Thule Force XT XXL Rooftop Cargo Box # TH6359B.
This cargo box will mount to the cross bars and provide you with 22 cubic feet of carrying space, a maximum weight carrying limit of 165-lbs, and measures 90-1/2" long x 35-1/2" wide x 18-3/4" tall.
