Yes, we carry the Curt EZr Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # C65HR for your 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. This is custom fit for either the 6-1/2' or 8' beds long bed without the factory in bed tow package. This hitch will come with a 2-5/16" gooseneck ball or you can opt for the Offset Ball # C602 or Curt RockerBall # C67DR depending on your needs. We also have the Curt X5 5th-Wheel Base Rail Adapter Plate # C16220 which will allow you to install a 5th wheel hitch that normally fits on 5th wheel rails.
I recommend installing the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # HM54FR when you install the gooseneck hitch. This will allow you to connect your wiring inside your bed and prevent any damage to the wiring from stretching over your tailgate to the bumper connector. The included connector will fit the factory mounting hole on your Silverado.
