I need to know if a curtis hitch off a 2019 sienna will fit a 2018 toyota camry.

You will need a new Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11576 for your 2018 Toyota Camry. The receiver hitch you have on your 2019 Toyota Sienna is much wider due to the wider chassis used.

If you will be using the receiver for towing a small trailer you will need a T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118763 which will give you a 4-way flat connector for the trailer lighting. And a Ball Mount # C45521 with either a 1-7/8" # A-80, or 2" # A-82 hitch ball to match your coupler. Finally a Hitch Pin and Clip # F-4 can be used to hold the ball mount in the receiver or you can use a kit like the Master Lock # 3794DAT to secure your trailer to your Camry.
