Question:
i have a 2012 gmc cab and chassis i purchased the air ride helper kit i was wondering if the suspension hangs during install or do you put stands under the axle or under the frame and let the suspension hang

Expert Reply:
You actually do not have to jack up your 2012 GMC Cab and Chassis to install the the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2176. As long as you do not have a load in the bed of the truck you would just start installing the kit after chocking the wheels.
I attached installation instructions for this product for you to check out also.
