Question:

One of the rungs on my ladder is loose where it connects to the horizontal piece. Can this be fixed?

There are some replacement rungs available depending on what ladder you have. If you have the Stromberg Carlson Exterior RV Ladder # LA-401BA you were looking at, we do have replacement rungs available.

If you do not have this ladder and can let me know what ladder you have, I would be happy to check on a replacement rung. Replacing the rung could help tighten that connection back up.

You can also use the Stromberg Carlson Exterior RV Ladder # LA-401BA to replace your current ladder should you deem that necessary.
