The best bike rack for your 2019 -2021 Mazda 3 roof rack is going to be the Thule ProRide XT Roof Bike Rack item # TH598004. This bike rack holds the bike by the frame so you do not have to remove the front wheel. I have attached a video review of this bike rack for you to check out. It has a maximum capacity of 44 lbs and fits tires up to 3" wide.

I confirmed with the Mazda Swag website you sent and this is the bike rack they recommend using with the crossbars you purchased from them.

If your bike has fat tires you will want the Thule ProRide XT Roof Bike Rack for Fat Bikes item # TH598004-FB. Same bike rack just larger cradles for wider tires.
