Does the DeeZee Specialty Series Trailer Tongue Tool Box Require a Metal Tray for Installation

This price is for the tool box and the metal base to install on the trailer

The DeeZee Specialty Series Trailer Tongue Tool Box part # DZ91717P comes with the box and mounting hardware needed to attach it directly to the top of the frame rails. It does not include a metal base nor is this needed. I have attached a video for you of a sample installation you can use but please keep in mind not every trailer is the same so yours may require some modifications such as adding support or cross bracing etc.
