Lower Pressure Replacement Water Pump for 1996 Holiday Rambler Replace Shurflo
Question:
My 1996 HR has a Shurflo model 288-403-144 water pump for the fresh water. Someone asked a question about your HydroMax being a replacement, and one of your experts responded that it looks like a decent match. My questions are these: 1 will the mounting holes line up? 2 Is it possible to set this pump to a lower pressure, or buy another model with lower pressure such as 30-45 PSI? My trailer is old enough that it has butyl plastic lines NOT PEX, and I want to keep the pressure as low as possible within the bounds of workable flow. Thank You!

Since you are wanting a lower PSI your best option would be the SeaFlo water pump part # SE73FR which will bolt right up in place of what you have now but has the lower psi of 35 instead. These pumps are not adjustable in terms of pressure.
