The mounting hardware for a brush guard on your 1999 Ford F-350 is going to be specific to both your truck and the brush guard itself. Without knowing the manufacturer and model number of your brush guard, I cannot recommend replacement mounting hardware/brackets. If you can let me know the manufacturer and part number, I would be happy to help locate the correct hardware.
