will this box fit and be able to open hatch on 2017 Toyota corella IM using the vortex cross bar system?

The Rhino-Rack Zenith MasterFit Rooftop Cargo Box # RRRMFZ66 will fit your 2017 Toyota Corolla iM and allow you to open up the hatch without any issues.
This box requires 49-1/4" of rear hatch clearance and from what I'm seeing you have 58" of clearance from your front crossbar to your hatch so you'll have plenty of extra room.
