Are All 8 of the Molded Plastic Flanges Used When Assembling the L-E-Vator Portable Hoist
Updated 11/08/2022 | Published 11/07/2022 >
Question:
I used all parts that came with the package but 2 pairs of molded plastic flange. There were 8 in the package: I only used 4. Are these 4 extras spare? I want to make sure I assembled it correctly and prevent accidental damage

Expert Reply:
No, the other 4 molded plastic flange rollers are not extras or spares. To properly assemble the Viking Solutions L-E-Vator Portable Hoist w/ Winch # 310-VLV001 you will use all 8.
The molded plastic flanges are paired together at each mounting point, that is how all 8 are used. I have included a picture that shows how they are together. I have also included a picture highlighting the locations for the pairings.
