I have a 2018 Tesla Model S Panoramic roof with fixed points. I have a Yakama Timberline round bar ski Rack that I want to adapt. What parts do I need?

I do have an option for you but for the 2018 Tesla Model S you must use the Yakima Skyline Tower part # Y53TR and Landing Pad 22 part # Y00248. Then, in order to use the Round 58" CrossBars for Yakima Roof Rack System part # Y00409 you'll need the Yakima Round Bar Adapters part # Y03536.
The Yakima Timberline Towers are not compatible.
