Question:

Is there any way to convert the 480 to 480r? If there aren’t any, can i use the new square bars on the 480? Thanks

To install the new Thule square crossbars on your 2019 Toyota Camry you'll need to use a different foot pack as there isn't a way to convert the 480 to the 480R or use the new square bars on the older feet.

With that being said, here are the parts I recommend for your application:

53" SquareBar Evo Crossbars - # TH712400
Evo Clamp Feet - # TH710501
Fit Kit - # TH145082
Lock Core Kit - # TH450400 (optional)

The reason why I mention using the Evo Clamp Feet as opposed to the Rapid Traverse feet that you were referring to is because the newer Thule fit kits won't work with the older feet so you need a whole new roof rack system for your Camry.
