The closest trailer axle we offer for what you're looking for is the CE Smith Trailer Axle Beam part # CE33201GA which measures 57-1/2" long at the hub face and 46-1/2" long at the spring center. If the spring center does not match, they can be removed and tack welded into place. If you're unsure of how to measure, check out the video I did below.
In order to add idler hubs to this axle, you'll simply need the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly part # AKIHUB-440-2-G-EZ-2K.
