What type of charge controller do I need for my rv with 400 watt 30 amps solar panels shore power battery charger and a 175 amp engine alternator for 2013 v10 ford

The Go Power PWM Solar Charge Controller part # 34276119 is what I recommend for a solar panel controller. It accepts up to 30 amps of input and can be hooked up to multiple batteries. There's a USB port on the face which you can use to power small accessories and it has a nice easy to read display so you can monitor the charge and features like watts and amps. It also works with lithium batteries. The built-in overcharging protection will be sure to protect your batteries when receiving a charge from other sources like the alternator or shore power.
