Regulator diaphragm and adjustment screw Is there a schematic that shows me where to find this screw?

The cap you're looking for is the larger of the two on the MB Sturgis High Capacity Two-Stage Auto Changeover Regulator # 888001-MBS. You'll have to remove two caps to access the adjustment screw but this really should only be done by a professional since it's dealing with propane.
If the your regulator isn't performing as it should then it's easier/safer/and probably cheaper to just replace the regulator than to try to make the adjustment yourself or pay to have it professionally done.
