Question:
I bought a set of Pewag PWSXP570 from you in the past but I have sold the Audi A6 they were for. 1.Now I have a new electric BMW i4, the tires are 225/50R18 will these chains work? 2. I also have an Audi Q5, the tires are 235/55R19- what chains will work for this vehicle?

Expert Reply:
The Pewag tire chains part # PWSXP570 actually do not fit either of the tire sizes you mentioned. For the 235/55R19 of the Audi you could use the pewag Brenta-C part # PWXMR80V. This does not fit the 225/50R18 size though so for that you could use the Konig set part # TH01221104 for the most similar set. Tire chains fit a really narrow size range which is why one size does not fit all unfortunately.
