Would the LED Step/Area Light # ILL85CB Be Bright Enough to Light up a Trailer Door Lock
Updated 12/11/2013 | Published 12/09/2013 >
Question:
I would like to put this on the top of my 7x16 enclosed trailer side door to be on all the time with the clearance lights so I can easily unlock and open my side door at night. I am wondering how bright this light is if I were to mount it on top of the door and shine it down onto the handle/lock area. Would it make enough light and would it travel down the side of the trailer 3-4 feet? Thanks!

The LED Step/Area Light with Foam Gasket # ILL85CB that you referenced should do an excellent job illuminating the area of your side door. This unit has 10 bright LEDs so that when it is on it will definitely increase visibility so that unlocking your door will not be difficult.
I am confident that this light would do the trick for you.
