Your detail photo shows that the tub portion below the top plate fits in stake pockets at least 1-1/2inch by 1-7/8. That would make in unable to fit a 1995 Dodge dakota. Please confirm. Why not list the range of pocket dimensions on your ads?

I do have an option for you but I don't have confirmation of the Erickson Retractable Tie-Down Anchors for Truck Bed Stake Pockets part # EM01003 on a 1995 Dodge Dakota. That said, I was able to confirm the Putco Push-Up Tie-Downs part # P99901 so that is what I recommend.
