Will BLU52XR work with B&W OEM Gooseneck Ball GNXA2061? Because it is a taller ball, some goosneck to 5th wheel adapters will not work this this Ball.

You're correct that the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2061 for your 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty will sit too high to accommodate the Blue Ox Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # BLU52XR.
To use the Blue Ox hitch with the OEM puck package on your F-350 you'll want to use the Hitch Ball # RP19311 instead. One of the fears of using this hitch ball is the plastic release on the top but the good thing about the Blue Ox is it uses some bolts on the bottom like clamps that secure on the underside of the hitch ball so the top won't be tampered with.
