I have the Demco coupler listed above can you tell me if this will fit it?

Since the Demco Trailer Coupler # DM6125-81 that you have does not have a lip around the edge of the coupler you'd need to go with a different coupler lock instead of the part # AMP56FR that you referenced. Instead you'd want a coupler lock like the Fastway part # FA86-0015-312 which is compatible.
