Question:
Is there a 7k oil bath idler hub?

The best solution we have for your application is the Dexter Trailer Hub # 008-399-93 which is typically used for 8K axles but it comes with all of the parts needed for an oil bath hub, save the oil which you can get with part # XLPROLUBE.
The bearings will match up to your spindle and the seal has a 2.25" inner diameter which is pretty typical for a 7K spindle. The biggest difference you'll see is the 5/8" wheel bolt as opposed to 9/16" bolts like what your 7K hub will have. This means you may need different wheels to fit with this hub.
Aside from this I'm not see any other combination of parts that will be compatible with your 7K axle.
If the larger wheel bolts aren't a problem then this will work great for your application! I've attached some videos for you to check out as well.
