Yes, you can use a weight distribution hitch with the Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs # AL59565.
Just be sure to first air up the helper springs and then set up the weight distribution hitch. This combo will give you a nice combination of stabilization and leveling for a much improved towing experience.
