I am looking for a set of air bags for my 2023 that will keep my rear end level when I am towing my trailer but also not be too expensive. I am not interested in paying for Firestone air bags is there another option?

The most cost effective option for air bags on your 2023 Ranger is going to be the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs item # AL57234.

These air bags have a 5,000 lbs capacity that will level out the rear end of your Ranger when you are towing a trailer or hauling a heavy load in the bed. These bags will do a great job of improving your ride by absorbing shock. All mounting brackets and hardware are included for installation.

I recommend adding the Air Lift Load Controller II item # AL25592. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags individually from the comfort of your cab.
