Question:
I have a 2023 Hyundai Palisade and I am wanting to transport two e-bikes on a bike rack. I am needing a hitch that is strong enough to support that amount of weight but also doesn't hang down below my vehicle much. I am also interested in a bike rack that I can use for my two 65 lbs e-bikes. Thank you

Congrats on the new vehicle! The best hitch to haul a bike rack on your 2023 Hyundai Palisade is going to be the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver item # e95ZR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Hyundai with included hardware. It does not require welding or drilling.
This is a class III hitch with a 2" x 2". This will give you a 750 lbs tongue weight capacity which will more more than enough to transport your two 65 lbs e-bikes. The bottom of the receiver sits 11-1/2" above the ground so you won't have to worry about bottoming out when backing out of your driveway or going up a steep incline.
The etrailer hitch Item # e95ZR mounts behind your rear bumper cover leaving only the receiver visible. This hitch has a matte powder coated finish which not only offers superior rust protection but also blends in better beneath your Palisade.
To transport two 65 lbs e-bikes, I recommend the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes item # S94FR. This frame mounted bike rack has a 70 lbs capacity per bike. It has padded hooks on ratcheting arms that hold the bikes securely by the frame.
If either of your bikes have fat tires you will need the Fat Tire Adapter Kit item # S64679 which will work with tires up to 5" wide.
I have attached a couple of pictures below that will show this hitch installed on a Palisade with a bike rack and another showing the ground clearance.
