I am looking for a manual crank for a ultra fab jack prior to 2010.

The manual crank handle is not available any longer as after 2010 because Ultra-Fab has changed their manual crank to work with a 9/16" deep well socket, in which you could use the:
-12-Point SAE Deep Wall Socket Set - 8 Pieces - 1/2" Drive # PT26ZR.
This kit comes with 1/2", 9/16", 5/8", 11/16", 3/4", 13/16", 7/8", and 15/16" sockets, and is made from chrome-vanadium-alloy steel.
