No, the Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # TH910XT will not fit your 2022 Chevrolet Bolt EV. According to the Thule fit information guide, "all instances of this vehicle come with a factory spoiler which is not strong enough to take the weight of our strap carriers." We do not have any trunk style mount carriers confirmed to work with the 2022 Chevrolet Bolt EV.
You could use a hitch mounted bike rack like the Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # HLY94FR. If you need a hitch on your Bolt EV, you can use the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24956.
