Can the Kenda Loadstar K371 Bias Trailer Tire Be Run Under the Max 60 PSI Rating

Question:
I have a very light load 100# on a jet ski trailer and wonder if I really need to inflate the tires to the max indicated on the sidewall or can I leave it lower to improve the ride??
