Hello I bought a Rhino Rack vortex RRVA137B-2 and feet # RRRLKVA for my Honda Accord from you a couple of years ago. Can I put this rack on my new 2018 Ford Focus ST?

You can reuse the feet you have now from your current Rhino Rack roof rack with part # RRRLKVA but the other components would need to be replaced since your 2018 Ford Focus ST requires a different fit kit with part # DK307 and a different length of bar with # RRVA126B-2 which is 49 inches long.
