Can you recommend a wd hitch with sway control for my 2020 chevy silverado 1500 ext cab standard bed for a grand design transcend xplor 261bh Specs for the truck are 5132lbs curb weight 1868lbs payload cap 9600lbs trailer weight rating 960lbs tongue weight rating Specs for the trailer are 7495 gvwr 1417 payload cap 6078 dry weight 618 hitch weight Also would you recommend an airbag system for load leveling

I would be happy to recommend a weight distribution with sway control and I do recommend an airbag system for load leveling. For your Grand Design Transcend Xplor 261BH you will want the Strait-Line Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control item # RP66084.

The Reese Strait-Line has a tongue weight range from 600 lbs - 1,200 lbs which will work perfectly with your trailer. The Strait-Line has a dual-cam sway-control system that stops trailer sway before it begins.

This system does not include a hitch ball. Depending on your coupler size you will either need a 2" Hitch Ball item # A-90 or a 2-5/16" hitch ball item # C40030.

I also recommend the Classic Accessories Tow Bar and Weight Distribution Tote item # CA80113. This heavy duty bag is perfect for storing your weight distributing hitch. It is 36" x 11" Wide x 8" Tall and has padding that prevents damage to your hitch and prevents dings to your vehicle's cargo area from shifting gear.
