A lock kit would need to be ordered in addition to the Thule square bar roof rack part numbers # TH712400, # TH710501,and # TH145082 that you referenced as it is not included. For that you'd want the part # TH450400 which comes with 4 cores, a change key to install them, and two standard keys.
