We do have a base rail kit that fits your 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 and for that I recommend the B&W Custom Installation Kit # BWRVK2504 which fits all 3 lengths of bed available for your truck.

If you don't already have a 5th wheel hitch then I recommend going with the B&W Patriot because of the ride quality you get out of the 3/4" thick jaws and polyurethane bushings. The Patriot also features a cam-action latching handle that makes it easy to disconnect the king pin even on uneven ground.

For the 5-3/4' and 8' beds you need the stationary Patriot # BWRVK3255 and then for the 6-1/2' bed we recommend using the sliding Patriot # BWRVK3270 to ensure enough turning clearance. For the 5-3/4' bed you will also need to swap out your pin box for a Sidewinder for clearance and use the Wedge # SWW-06 for the system to work properly.

If you don't already have a 7-Way socket in your truck bed then I also recommend installing the Demco # DM8555002 to make connecting the wiring from your trailer easier.
