How high off the roof surface is the bottom of the monkey bars? I have an unusual application—I need to carry SUPs on a boat for ship-to-shore access. The cabin roof on the boat has a hump in the middle of it, about 4” high. Will the monkey bars be able to straddle it?

The SeaSucker Monkey Bars Roof Rack # 298-SX6000B will position the bottom of the crossbar 4-1/2" above the roof at the mounts. As long as your roof curve and hump does not exceed this you will be able to use them to carry your Stand Up Paddleboard.
I recommend using a set of Pads # 298-SA1022 and Cam Buckle Tie-Down Straps # 298-SA0010 to secure your SUP and protect it from damaged on the round bars.
