Expert Reply:
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 14055 is confirmed to fit both your 2004 Ford E-150 and 2008 Ford E-250 van so it is possible that your receiver will fit both vehicles. It is best to identify exactly what receiver you have to verify fitment for both vehicles. You will want to make sure you get a Replacement Hardware Kit # RHK as you will not want to reuse the original fasteners. Generally the fasteners used are for a one time use and will not have the same strength if reused.
I recommend using new Wiring # 118551 as it is often difficult to reuse the same wiring since it is often trimmed to fit the specific vehicle.
