Question:
do you have a back up camera that can be mounted inside the cab upper rear window and point to the goose neck ball?

Although many of the camera systems we offer might be modified or altered in some way that would allow the camera to mount to the inside of the rear window glass, none of them are designed to mount that way directly out of the box.
My best recommendation for a camera-type solution would be the Swift Hitch Portable Wireless Camera System, available with a 4-hour battery, part # 04928 or a 10-hour battery, as part # SH02DIGITAL. Both systems are rechargeable and the cameras can be temporarily mounted using the included magnet in the base or permanently mounted using screws. Because the camera system is wireless, you could mount the camera to the trailer near the coupler pointing downward, rather than mounting the camera on the vehicle. Both camera systems have IR capability that allows them to see in low or no light.
An option would be a mirror like # KSC088 that would mount to the glass with the included adhesive.
Given the various options, I would personally choose the # KSC088 mirror, because it seems like the easiest to use, least expensive option.
