Has anyone used this on a 2005 or similar Toyota Sienna and can confirm fit? I know the next size down is a confirmed fit, but being in Arizona with hilly terrain I would like the larger if possible. Thank you.

Yes, you will be able to fit the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler # D13504 on your 2005 Toyota Sienna. This and the Cooler # D13502 that is smaller are all universal fit coolers. We do not list this as a fit since it is considered a class IV which is larger than needed for your Sienna.
